Continue to Kavala, the biblical Neapolis, with its picturesque harbor and old town. Opportunity for a moment of reflection at the baptismal site of Lydia, the first European Christian. On the return journey, stop at Amphipolis to admire the famous Lion of Amphipolis near the Strymon Bridge. Return to Thessaloniki in the late afternoon.

In the morning, enjoy a guided city tour of Thessaloniki: visit important Byzantine churches, the White Tower, the Arch of Galerius, and other landmarks. Here, Paul founded the second Christian community in Europe. Continue to Veria (Beroea), where Paul preached and was warmly received. Proceed to Vergina, the ancient capital of Macedonia, to visit the Royal Tombs of Aigai and the museum with the famous Vergina treasures. In the evening, drive to Kalambaka at the foot of the Meteora rocks.

After breakfast, visit the world-famous Meteora Monasteries, spectacularly perched atop towering sandstone cliffs and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guided tour of selected monasteries, once important centers of Byzantine art and spirituality. After lunch, continue through the varied landscapes of central Greece to Delphi. Overnight in Delphi.

Then, drive to the Byzantine monastery of Ossios Loukas, renowned for its remarkable architecture and 11th-century mosaics. In the afternoon, continue to Athens, the capital of Greece. After breakfast, guided city tour of Athens, the cradle of European civilization. The highlight is the ascent to the Acropolis with a visit to the Parthenon. Visit the Areopagus, where a plaque commemorates the famous speech of Apostle Paul. The afternoon is free for personal exploration or museum visits. In the evening, enjoy a group dinner in a traditional taverna in the picturesque Plaka district. Return to the hotel.

Optional morning visit to the Daphni Monastery. Then, drive via the Corinth Canal to Ancient Corinth, the “beloved city of Paul,” once an important port and commercial center.
